How Real is Cash Gifting?
Today is the day that I answer the question: “How real is cash gifting?” Here are a few facts to begin. A pyramid never allows anyone coming in on the bottom to ever reach the top. In a Pyramid, everyone pays some sort of association fee, works together under a team just to receive the same gift. In a pyramid, only those at the top will profit. In a pyramid, your team members encourage you to attend meetings, conference calls, and annoy those you love to get the sale.
Here are more facts. Giving private gifts to one another is an expression of kindness, which has been going on for centuries. Governments have allowed its practice for individuals to share their wealth with families, friends and others. It has been a means of helping and blessing others on special occasions or when the need arises.
Churches, civic groups and people from around the world have participated in organized gifting for over 300 years. Laws state that it is legal for individuals to exchange gifts. In the United States we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen’s rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it is done according to the laws and codes of this country.
The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid.
Now that the facts are out of the way, let’s see if cash gifting falls into all of the above.
Cash gifting, especially the no 1 up system, is based and paid upon your own efforts. There is no one above you profiting from you and your efforts. Therefore it is not a pyramid. I have talked about the difference between the 1 up and no 1 up systems in a few previous articles and how the no 1 up is the way to go if you don’t want to depend on others to perform to get paid. People that have jobs, most of you, are involved in a pyramid. People don’t like to hear this, but it is reality. You have a president at the top, a couple of other people like vice-presidents and chairman under the president. Then it trickles down to the workers who make them money. Bottom line, if you are not making your company or president money, you will be terminated.
The rest of the facts are exactly that, facts. Undeniable facts. Therefore, legal. Furthermore, to bring the point home, very real and a true solution for many people wanting to create financial security for themselves and their family. Many thousands of people are participating in this activity and much to their surprise, as they were skeptical but took that first step, are benefiting from this cash flow generating system.
I’ve done my research before jumping into cash gifting, so should you. I hope this article clarifies are few grey areas that you might have had.
