Presents for Heart Surgery Patient!!?

My mom just had open heart surgery, and they replaced her valve with a pig valve. Wat cute gifts can I get my mom that involves pigs and hearts? (She is doing great and has a good sense of humor, so any suggestion would be great thanks!)
