Advice for selling photos…?
I’m looking to try and sell small sets of photos to local gift shops around my area (I live year round in Cape Cod) what is the best way to go about doing this?
Should I make a small portfolio and go from store to store?
email stores with watermarked jpegs?
would it be a good idea to have them printed as gift cards or post cards or matt them before sale? idk…
…idk it’s really just a pipe dream at this point, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
If they are local shops then just put together a book of your best shots and go and visit them to discuss possibly selling them.
