i have no idea what to get my boyfriend for his birthday?

my boyfriend will be 24 this tuesday. i’ve been hunting for over 2 weeks and i have no idea what to get him. he was in the military and he likes nice clothes, but i feel like a gift certificate to his favorite store is SO generic. he’s also in to the beatles and he likes to go out, so i thought about some drinking games from spencers or some beatles gear, but i don’t think he really collects beatles stuff and a vinyl would just sit around. so what should i get him?

we’ve been together for a little while, over 3 months, but not quite 6 months yet. he really wants a blackberry but i can’t afford one and he probably wants to pick it out himself. i already plan on taking him out to dinner. what are your opinions on what i should get him? he’s not really into a specific sports team.
he already has netflix and rock band. and i don’t think he’d really want a subscription to maxim.

I am around his age, but I do not know if I have same interest. Going by what you said he has a xbox 360 and likes the Beatles (me too!). You said he has rock band, but not the Beatles one? That would be perfect if he doesn’t already have it pre-order and since he already has rock band you could just by the game itself (it would be cheaper), but I believe if you buy the package it does come with instruments resembling the Beatles (awesome to any Beatles lover). If he already is getting it why not get some Microsoft points and maybe some clothes (like a shirt or entire outfit). He can use points to buy anything he wants, but if he is getting Beatles rock band he can use them when new songs come out for download (as I am sure they will). He is in military so I am sure he probably would like some to do with that, but if you don’t have the funds to get a blackberry a gun is probably out of the question. Personal I would go with something to do with rock band Beatles would be perfect (game, instrument, or some sort of merchandise for game). Maybe a gamefly account, it is like netflix, but for renting video games (I believe price is also same could be wrong $10). Also not trying to be rude, but maybe something a little more “personal” as in like fulfilling some fantasy of his. Hope I could help a little and remember as the Beatles said “Can’t buy me love”!!!
